About this event

If there's one common characteristic we all have, it's that we relish telling others our solutions! Not only does that limit others' understanding of the root problem, but it limits their ability to offer their own creative ideas. Problem Framing invites us to explore human-centered problems, before jumping to solutions.

Join us on September 30 at 4 pm PDT as we welcome Jay Melone from New Haircut to teach us how problem framing will align and inspire your team to tackle critical problems worth solving in VMUG11: Re-framing Human-Centered Problems. Over this 60-minute virtual event, Jay will share with us how to empower teams to frame and then solve problems that create business impact and customer value. Jay will also conduct an interactive exercise where attendees can use Miro to prioritize a number of problems.

Be sure to RSVP for this free event today, and we look forward to seeing you there! As always - in case you can't make it, we will have a recording of the event posted on our events page and on our YouTube playlist.
