Have you ever gotten lost looking at a RACI matrix in the past? If you believe in the importance of identifying roles and responsibilities at the start of a project but hate looking at typical grid format, then this session is for you!
Join us on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 4:00 pm PDT as we feature Kenbra Deere of H&R Block, who will show off one of the newest additions to the Miroverse, the Stakeholder RACI Map. Kenbra is a Miro User Group Leader for Kansas City, and she is an experienced Design Thinking Facilitator, Coach, and source of constant inspiration. She will share with us her tips and tricks and answer your questions as well.
When starting a project, time is always of the essence. The Stakeholder RACI Map will help you quickly identify and involve the right people in the right ways. It also will help you realign a project that has already begun. This fantastic template is H&R Block's mash-up of a traditional responsibilities chart and a stakeholder map often used in service design.
The Stakeholder RACI Map can be found in the Miroverse now, and we look forward to "seeing" you at this fun and informative event.
