About this event

This session is for you if you have experienced any of the following:

  • In an online meeting that you were leading, you enthusiastically asked a question from the audience and no one answered?
  • In an online webinar where you were teaching an amazing concept, you asked people to type in the chatbox and engage with you and they simply did nothing?
  • In an online workshop you were running, you struggled to design exercises that would engage both on-camera and off-camera participants?

What if you could turn every boring unproductive online meeting into an engaging virtual workshop that could leave participants energized and fulfilled as well as get the problems solved?

With online facilitation skills, you can do that and more. In this interactive workshop, you will learn the mindset of online facilitation as well as a few practical techniques that you can apply right away to your work. You will learn how to better accommodate different communication and learning styles, as well as design exercises that are suitable for different group sizes. Through interactive exercises, you will understand the foundations of synchronous (in-real-time) online facilitation and learn how to honour the wisdom of the group using both verbal and nonverbal facilitation techniques.

This session led by Molood Ceccarelli, CEO and Founder of Remote Forever, is furthermore a chance for you to get answers to your most pressing questions on how to make online facilitation work for you. So please bring along your questions.

Leaving this session you’ll have learned the skills needed to create an engaging, effective, and collaborative facilitation experience.
