Libby’s professional career started in journalism and digital media. Her storytelling and communication skills helped her transition to UX research-based roles, where she fell in love with understanding and communicating the empathy and behavior of the user experience through design thinking. At United, she leads design and product teams by looking at processes, discovering underlying problems and aligning on tactical, strategic or service-based solutions.
